Assignment of Departments— Statement by the Taoiseach.
A Chinn Chomhairle, I beg leave to state, for the information of the Dáil, that I have to-day terminated the assignment of the Departments of Justice, Defence and Industry and Commerce to General Seán MacEoin, Dr. Thomas F. O'Higgins and Mr. Daniel Morrissey, respectively, and have assigned those Departments as follows:—
The Department of Defence to General Seán MacEoin; the Department of Industry and Commerce to Dr. Thomas F. O'Higgins, and the Department of Justice to Mr. Daniel Morrissey.
