Some proposals relative to the establishment of industries in Galway City have been received in my Department. At the present stage of development of these proposals I do not consider myself to be at liberty to disclose their nature. When any of these proposals reaches the stage at which operations are about to commence, the private interests concerned will, no doubt, make their intentions known in Galway.
