Vol. 129 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Forestry Workers and Church Holidays.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will have arrangements made to allow forestry workers in County Laoighis the same facilities in regard to Church holidays as are now enjoyed by county council workers.

The practice of county councils in regard to Church holidays varies considerably and it would not be practicable for the Department to adopt varying arrangements over the country. The forestry workers in County Laoighis are granted the same facilities as are allowed to forestry workers generally.
