Vol. 136 No. 14

Committee on Finance. - Vote 61—Old Age Pensions.

I move:—

That a supplementary sum not exceeding £541,000 be granted to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1953, for Old Age Pensions and Pensions to Blind Persons (Old Age Pensions Acts, 1908 to 1952); and for Supplements (No. 22 of 1946).

I hope the Minister will soon bring in a Bill to increase that.

Question put and agreed to.
