A hydrographic survey of the Portaleen area, which as I informed the Deputy in reply to a previous question was a necessary preliminary to the formulation of any proposals for works at Portaleen, has recently been completed and the results obtained are under examination.

The answer is in the negative; but an engineering inspection of the landing facilities at Newbridge, Rathmullen, County Donegal, has recently been made and the question of making a grant for the carrying out of improvements works will be examined in due course.
