This is a request for information on a day-to-day matter in broadcasting which might have been addressed direct to Radio Éireann.
I have ascertained from the director that the Department of Agriculture would find it difficult to have reliable figures for all grades of cattle in time for the 1.30 p.m. news bulletin. Owing to pressure for news space it would also be difficult to fit another regular item into it.
