Vol. 155 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Anthrax Outbreak.

asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he is aware of the loss sustained by a farmer (name supplied) in Miltown, County Kerry, as a result of an outbreak of anthrax among his cattle, and, if so, if he will arrange for the payment of compensation.

I am so aware. I have not at my disposal any funds out of which the farmer concerned could be compensated for his loss.
