The number of employees in my Department (excluding broadcasting) with full-time unestablished service as on 16th June, 1956 under each category mentioned is as follows:— (a) 3,081, (b) 343, (c) 114, (d) 71, (e) five. The figure at (a) includes 386 employees in trainee grades who will be established on successful completion of their training period.
