I am awaiting a report from my technical advisers, which is an essential preliminary to my consideration of the tender documents submitted by the Galway Harbour Commissioners.
I take it that the Minister has taken no steps to expedite it?
The tender documents were received towards the end of March and are now being subjected to technical examination.
