Vol. 164 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Limerick Estates.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the present position in regard to schemes for the division of (1) the Donovan estate, Cooltomin, Shanagolden; (2) the Gleeson and Hartigan estates, Meanus; (3) the De Vere estate, Curraghchase, Adare; (4) the Watson estate. Ballybane, Castletowncoyners, and (5) the Sheehan and other lands, situate in or near Ballyhahill, County Limerick.

An area of 113 acres on the Donovan estate was alloted last spring and it is expected that it will be possible to dispose of the balance thereof and also the Gleeson and Hartigan estates during the current financial year. It is not possible at present to indicate when the other estates mentioned will be allotted.
