Vol. 186 No. 8

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 5, 3—in No. 3, Votes 1, 25, 26, 47 and 56—and 6, 7, 8, 4 and 9. If it is not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business after Questions to take Nos. 4 and 9. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m.

The Taoiseach said No. 8 would be taken. That is the motion in connection with C. I. E.

It is ordered.

It is ordered. Ordered is right—ordered the same as it was last October, November and December.

Will we be given Private Members' time next week, if we do not reach it today?

No. Following the usual precedent, we start the Vote on Account on Wednesday next and there will be no Private Members' time on Wednesday. It is, of course, usual for the Government to propose that Private Members' time be not made available during this period when financial business is under discussion, with an offer to make up the time in some other period during the session.

After the Dáil has dissolved.

Could the Taoiseach say what days it is proposed to sit next week?

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

From now on?
