When is it proposed to take them?

We are ordering them for next Tuesday.

When will they be circulated?

They will be circulated before Tuesday.

Is it not a bit premature to order them for Tuesday when they have not been circulated?

I think it unlikely that any of them will be taken then.

Why not order them for Tuesday week?

I am told they will be circulated immediately.
