asked the Minister for Local Government the number of appeals from cottage tenants in Cork North-East regarding the need for repairs to their cottages which have been vested, subject to the question of appeal to him; and how many appeals are now on hands (a) for three months, (b) between three and six months, (c) over six months, and (d) over twelve months.

Would the Minister say if he has the information required in respect of all the questions?

I think so. They are similar questions for different counties. The information in respect of West Cork is not available in that form but it is in respect of the other areas.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state, in cases where appeals have been made to him from cottage tenants in North Tipperary regarding the need for repairs to their cottages which have been vested, subject to the question of appeal to him, the percentage of such appeals which have been decided in favour of the tenant in each of the last five years.
