Vol. 207 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Repair of Ferbane (Offaly) Road.

16.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will take steps as a matter of urgency to have a special grant provided to assist Offaly County Council in carrying out immediate repairs to the road leading to Gallen Cemetery, Ferbane, Offaly in view of the fact that the entrance to this cemetery is at present in a deplorable condition.

I understand the road referred to is not a public road and consequently the county council are not empowered to carry out repairs on it.

Is that where the Fine Gael Party are going to be buried?
