Vol. 208 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Telephone Kiosks.

84.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will have a telephone kiosk erected at Dromahane village, County Cork, to facilitate local residents.

The use likely to be made of a telephone kiosk at the place in question would not be sufficient to justify its provision.

85.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether, in view of the fact that the nearest telephone kiosk to the Carrigmahon and Rockenham areas, Passage West, County Cork, is at Glenbrook, one and a half miles from these areas, he will take steps to have telephone kiosks provided at Carrigmahon and Rockenham.

The use likely to be made of a telephone kiosk at either of the places in question would not be sufficient to warrant its provision.
