Vol. 208 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Butter Shipments.

24.

andMr. A. Barry asked the Minister for Agriculture if it is the policy of An Bord Bainne to ship butter stored in the city of Cork through the port of Waterford instead of through Cork port.

I am informed that it is not the policy of An Bord Bainne to ship butter stored in the city of Cork through the port of Waterford, instead of through Cork port, but that on occasion it may be necessary to do so.

The Minister knows it is the best port to ship out of.

Question No. 25 postponed.
