Vol. 208 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - FCA Training Courses.

93.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will take steps to arrange for FCA training courses to be held in popular centres like Finner Camp, Renmore, etc. in the month of September, so as to cater for Bord na Móna and other workers who are members of the FCA and who, on account of the nature of their employment, cannot avail of training courses held in the earlier months of the summer.

The question of holding an annual training course in the month of September at Dún Uí Mhaoilíosa, Galway, for members of An Forsa Cosanta Áitiúil will be favourably considered if the number of members requesting such a course during that month is sufficiently large to justify the special arrangements and expense which would be involved.
