Could the Taoiseach say why No. 15 on today's Order Paper is not being proceeded with?
It will be.
A month or two ago, before the dissolution of the Dáil, the Taoiseach said there had been a slight delay and it would be introduced immediately. This is causing great hardship to a number of people.
The Bill has been circulated.
Why is it not being proceeded with? Circulating it is no use.
The Budget is on.
It is on the Order Paper but there is no intention of dealing with it.
I am ready for the Second Stage. I am waiting to get in.
