The building of the new dispensary at Kilkerrin, Connemara, County Galway is now a matter for Galway County Council.
I am informed by the council that the legal formalities for the acquisition of the site are being completed and that planning of the premises is in hands. However, the council are not at present in a position to indicate when the building of the dispensary will commence.
I have requested the council to push ahead with the proposal as quickly as possible.
