Vol. 241 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cabinteely (Dublin) Health Centre.

7.

asked the Minister for Health when the Dublin Health Authority will have the proposed new health centre completed in Cabinteely, County Dublin in place of the inadequate and unsuitable local library building.

I understand from Dublin Health Authority that negotiations for the lease of a site for a child health clinic at Cabinteely, to which my predecessor referred in his reply to a question by Deputy Andrews on 8th May last, are still in progress. If they obtain the site, they estimate that the essential preliminary procedures and the erection of the clinic will take about four months.

I might add that, in the interim, a clinic is held in other premises in Cabinteely.
