Vol. 241 No. 7

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Driving Test.

40.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will take steps to provide driving test facilities here for incapacitated persons such as obtain in England where such categories may obtain driving licences after special investigation.

The provisions made under the Road Traffic Act, 1961, for driving tests and medical examinations are adequate to meet the needs of persons suffering from incapacity who wish to obtain driving licences.
