I have to inform the Dáil that An Teachta Proinsias Mac Aogáin has been selected as representative to the 21st Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of Mr. Seán MacEntee. Deputy Mark Clinton has been selected as representative in place of Deputy Patrick Donegan, Deputy Gerald Sweetman has been selected as Substitute in place of Deputy Mark Clinton.
