I understand that the balance of the dwellings at Mounttown should be completed about next October. All the dwellings have been allocated to prospective tenants.
The contract completion period for the normal local authority houses at Ballybrack is 92 weeks. I approved the acceptance of a tender for the scheme on 24th April, 1970. Work had not been commenced on the scheme at 31st May, 1970.
