Vol. 248 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Dublin Roads.

74.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the condition of Upper Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, County Dublin and the need for repairs to be carried out adjacent to St. Benildus College; and if he will ensure that the necessary work is undertaken.

I am not aware of the need to carry out repairs to the road mentioned by the Deputy. The execution of works, either of repair or improvement, on this road would be a matter entirely for Dublin County Council.

75.

asked the Minister for Local Government when the road works from the TEK Ltd. junction to Stradbrook Road, Monkstown, County Dublin, will be completed.

I have no information as to when the road works referred to by the Deputy will be completed. As was indicated to Deputy Andrews in reply to a Parliamentary question on the same subject on 26th February last, progress with the works on the section of this road for which they are responsible is a matter for Dún Laoghaire Corporation.
