Vol. 248 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cement Price.

4.

asked the Taoiseach the average price of cement to the consumer before the recent cement strike and at present.

While average prices paid for cement are not available it is understood that the price change which took effect from July 1st, 1970, increased the manufacturer's price to the suppliers for home-produced cement by approximately 10 to 11 per cent depending on delivery point.
