Vol. 249 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - South Tipperary Firm.

31.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if he is aware that a firm (name supplied) in South Tipperary is now in trading difficulties; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I understand that the firm's usual winter close-down at the end of the main milk season has commenced. I am informed that certain difficulties arose during the year in regard to the disposal of production. However, the management are in touch with my Department regarding production prospects in the 1971 season.
