As I stated in the course of the debate on the Lands Estimate recently, migration from Connacht and Munster to Leinster has declined considerably in recent years. At this stage it is not possible to state what migrants if any will be transferred into County Westmeath during the coming 12 months but the number certainly will be minimal.
