Vol. 272 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pensioners.

82.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare the percentage of old age pensioners who were receiving the maximum rate in (a) Dublin city and (b) in each county and district electoral division on 1st November, 1973.

The information sought by the Deputy is not available in my Department. However, the number of old age and blind pensioners in the State who were on the maximum rate of pension on 1st November, 1973, was about 94 per cent of the total.
