asked the Minister for Education if he has received reports that Upper Glanmire National School, County Cork, is understaffed and grossly overcrowded; and, if so, the action he proposes to take to relieve the position.

My Department has recently authorised the provision of a prefabricated classroom in Upper Glanmire National School. The appointment of an additional assistant teacher on the staff has been sanctioned with effect as from 1st July, 1974.
