Land Registry fees are prescribed in the Land Registration Fees (No. 2) Order, 1966, and are, of course, expressed in the old currency. I agree with the Deputy that the change he recommends is desirable and I propose to make an amending order in which any fees not in convenient figures at present will be adjusted.
