A grant has been sanctioned towards the cost of the conversion and enlargement of Athboy national school and a revised sketch scheme and working drawings have been prepared. When the necessary documentary evidence of title to the site extension has been received, tenders will be invited. It is not possible to say at this stage when work can be commenced.
