asked the Taoiseach the amount of (a) sweetened condensed milk and (b) unsweetened condensed milk imported into the State during the latest convenient accounting period; and the countries from which it was imported.

There were no imports of sweetened condensed milk in the years 1974 and 1975. Imports of unsweetened condensed milk in these years were as follows:

In the period January-March, 1976, imports were as follows, from Great Britain only:—(a) Sweetened condensed milk, 188.6 metric tons; (b) Unsweetened condensed milk, 109.4 metric tons.
