Vol. 293 No. 11

Written Answers. - County Donegal School.

40.

asked the Minister for Education when a new national school will be erected at Cockhill, Buncrana, County Donegal to replace the old school which is unsuitable and over-crowded.

It is proposed to erect a new central school at Cockhill to replace Cockhill, Drumfries and Lower Illies national schools. The question of the suitability of the site which has been offered is under consideration. It is a matter for the manager's architect to prepare sketch plans for a building on a suitable site. I am unable to say at this stage when the new central school will be erected.
