May I ask the Taoiseach when the Government propose to introduce the legislation setting up the proposed Western Development Board?
When it is ready.
When will that be?
Can the Taoiseach indicate if the necessary Bill is being drafted?
I cannot say when it will be introduced.
Could I remind the Taoiseach that in respect of the legislation dealing with Údarás na Gaelachta and Bord na Gaeilge I was told it was ready two years ago, one year ago, six months go, and by the Taoiseach himself a month ago? Will we have it before or after the election?
What election?
Are we to have it at all?
We will have it.
I did not ask the Deputy. He is not the Taoiseach yet. He might be better than the one we have.
