I move "That the Second Stage of the Consumer Protection Bill be taken in Private Members' Time."
I am asking this in the light of the urgency of the matter and because of the delay in having a Bill covering the substance of the current Bill introduced.
Is there provision for a speech?
There is no provision and the Deputy has not made a speech.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I wish to raise the subject matter of Question No. 16 of 9 May of this year, on the Adjournment.
