(Dublin South-Central): The Department have reported the matter to the Employer-Labour Conference in accordance with the provisions of the national agreement. The threatened industrial action would be contrary to the scheme of conciliation and arbitration for the civil service and in breach of the national agreement, to both of which the union concerned is a party.
