I am informed by the Registrar of Titles and Deeds that there is no record in the Land Registry of any dealing outstanding on the specified folio.
The last recorded transaction was a voluntary transfer of part of the folio, which was lodged in the Land Registry on 9 June 1978 and completed on 21 September 1978.
