I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the proceedings on the Second Stage of the Finance Bill, 1979 (including the Order naming the day for Third Stage), if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 7 p.m. today by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion; and Members as indicated hereunder shall be called on by the Chair to speak in the debate on the Bill not later than the times specified:
(a) 4 p.m. a Member nominated by the Labour Party;
(b) 5 p.m. a Member nominated by Fine Gael;
(c) 6 p.m. a Member of the Government.
