Is there any possibility of advancing that date in the light of the considerable problems that have occurred in the area, particularly as a result of the P and T dispute and the damage to tourist trade?
(Dublin South-Central): I appreciate the Deputy's concern. The building is nearly finished, as I am sure the Deputy is aware. Contracts have been placed for the equipment. Furthermore, it is the intention to install the latest type of digital electronics.
