Vol. 318 No. 1

Written Answers. - Dublin Airport Cigarette Sales.

553.

asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a newspaper report (details supplied) that brands of cigarettes on sale at the duty-free shop at Dublin Airport did not display the statutory Government health warning and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The provisions of the Tobacco Products (Control of Advertising, Sponsorship and Sales Promotion) Regulations, 1979, do not apply to the sale and advertising of tobacco products in duty-free zones at airports.
