Revised contract documents for the Knockcroghery sewerage scheme were submitted to my Department in July 1978. This scheme must be considered in the context of the overall amount of capital available for water and sewerage schemes and the number of such schemes in progress or getting to construction at the present time. I cannot say when I will be in a position to convey a decision thereon to the local authority. The question of finance will not arise until the scheme has been approved fully.
