asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in paying a headage grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

Further investigation is necessary before a decision can be reached on whether or not a cattle headage payment should be made in this case.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a headage grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

Because of a technical inaccuracy which disrupted the computer processing of this application payment was delayed for a short period. Payment of the grant has now been made.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in paying a farm modernisation grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The work in this case was certified only recently. The grant will be paid shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a farm grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The grant in this case has been paid.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a farm modernisation grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

No grant is outstanding in this case under the farm modernisation scheme. An application has been received under the national interest subsidy scheme. However, the loan involved is ineligible for subsidy as it was not incurred during the five year period covered by the scheme.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a ewe subsidy grant will be paid to a farmer (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The first instalment of the 1981-82 ewe premium will be paid shortly to the person named.
