I am not aware that there was any undue delay by my Department in approving plans.
Revised plans were submitted as recently as late December last. Following detailed technical examination, these were subsequently found to form an acceptable basis for proceeding to the next stage of the planning process. My Department wrote accordingly to the school manager requesting the preparation of the working drawings and these are now awaited.
