The national plan Building on Reality 1984-1987 outlines at paragraph 7.85 the priorities in regard to additional educational facilities in the third level sector. The planning of new regional technical colleges in Blanchardstown, Tallaght and Dún Laoghaire is proceeding. The requirements of the Clonsilla area will, of course, be catered for in the proposed new college at Blanchardstown.
