The appointment of vocational teachers and their assignment to individual vocational schools is primarily a matter for the vocational education committee concerned. Provision for one additional exquota post in remedial education was included in the current allocation of teaching staff for day courses under the County Meath Vocational Education Committee.
My Department are not at present in a position to indicate the committee's staffing allocation for the next school year.
