Vol. 365 No. 8

Written Answers. - Voluntary Agencies Funding.

57.

asked the Minister for Health further to his partial reply to Deputy Alice Glenn's Question No. 114 of 20 March if he will now supply details of all public moneys disbursed to voluntary agencies by health boards and by his Department; and if he will specify in his reply the amount of money paid to each voluntary agency for 1984 exclusive of hospitals and nursing homes.

The Deputy has been furnished with details of the grants paid by the Health Education Bureau to voluntary agencies in 1984 and 1985. As indicated in the reply to the Deputy's question of 25 February 1986 the list of organisations funded by health boards is extensive. As full details of the grants referred to are not available in the Department, health boards are being asked to supply the information sought. This will be sent to the Deputy when received.
