In relation to administrative structures for second level education, I intend to engage in the fullest consideration of all the issues involved having regard to the views expressed on these issues by the concerned interests. In this connection I am on record as stating that the 1930 Vocational Education Act has served this country well throughout the years. This would be a major factor in my consideration of the matter.
