asked the Minister for Finance if he will lease Cullenswood House, Oakley Road, Dublin 6 at a nominal rent to a local conservation group, on condition that they restore the building, be responsible for its maintenance and upkeep, and make it available for community and cultural purposes including a permanent museum devoted towards the commemoration of the Irish Language Movement and its history; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
