The application was covered by the dispensation from the prior inspection requirement announced in February 1986, and notification issued to the applicant authorising him to proceed with the work in respect of which the application was made subject to the conditions of the scheme (other than the prior inspection requirement) applicable when he applied for the grant. An inspection will now be arranged as soon as possible to determine the works to be grant aided.
