It is proposed to take No. 11.
It is also proposed that the Dáil shall sit later than 5.30 p.m. today and not later than 8.30 p.m. and business shall be interrupted at 8 p.m.
It is further proposed that Votes 44 and 45 be taken together for the purpose of debate and be brought to a conclusion not later than 1.30 p.m. today by one question which shall be put from the Chair.
It is further proposed that Votes 42 and 43 be taken together for the purpose of debate and be brought to a conclusion not later than 5 p.m. today by one question which shall be put from the Chair.
It is further proposed that the proceedings on Vote 39 shall be brought to a conclusion not later than 8 p.m. today.
It is further proposed that notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders the following arrangements shall apply for the debate on the Estimates being taken today:
(1) The opening speech of the Minister moving the Votes shall not exceed 30 minutes.
(2) The speech of any other Member shall not exceed 20 minutes.
(3) No Member shall speak more than once in each debate with the exception of the Minister moving the Votes who shall be called on to conclude not later than ten minutes before the respective Votes conclude.
(4) If a division is challenged on any Estimate today the taking of such division shall be postponed until 8.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 June 1987.
It is further proposed that at the conclusion of business today the Dáil shall adjourn until 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 June 1987.
